The name Gateway would seem an obvious choice for a guesthouse in the heart of Austin, moments from all that makes Austin so special.  However, we also chose the name for our B and B as a symbol of what the guesthouse represents – choosing the path that leads to discovery.

So then, the question is – what do you want to discover in Austin?

• The history of Texas and the state’s government buildings and museums?
• The amazing farming and food environment here?  The dining scene – perhaps shop at the farms and then attend a cooking class with our chef, followed by an amazing meal?

The Gateway Guesthouse is a Bed and Breakfast Inn, located at the intersection of downtown, SOCO and the East Side.  We are dedicated to excellence in accommodations, amenities, service and cuisine.  We are also dedicated to your discovery.
